Acceptance of Terms

Radiant Optimizer is operated by Zhenyu fang, an individual operator.

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

This project provides an independently implemented Windows diagnostics client, companion website and licensing service. It is not affiliated with the original Radiant Optimizer. Version 0.5 is an unsigned Windows x64 preview. Supported changes require review before application; recovery covers the originals recorded by the client. The release notes define the supported scope. No increase in FPS, reduction in latency or particular hardware outcome is guaranteed.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

The current Premium product is designed as a one-time purchase for one active device. Its current scope includes supported Premium game profiles, saved custom profiles, running-game CPU controls, existing power-plan switching and frame capture with a local overlay and export. Free diagnostics, Game Boost, Performance presets and recovery do not require Premium. Unbinding, refunding or revoking a license stops further refreshes; an already-issued offline lease may remain valid for up to seven days.

Optimizer Premium Lifetime costs USD 19.90 as a one-time lifetime license, with no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. A license is issued to the purchaser's account after the payment is successfully confirmed by our server.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@radiantoptimizer.xyz with your purchase email address and order number. We will process your request within 3 business days of receiving it. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

After a successful refund, the Premium license for that order is revoked and further license refreshes stop. An offline lease already issued may remain valid until it expires, for up to 7 days. Free diagnostics and recovery of supported changes remain available.

These time limits and procedures do not limit rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
